Why a Human?

Meet Mike Szimanski

Mike is 65 and has spent roughly 25 years working independently with businesses and organizations across multiple industries. His background includes business development, sales, marketing, corporate and consumer communications, strategic planning, research and problem solving.

He didn't grow up with artificial intelligence either.

He learned to use it because it became genuinely useful in real professional work. And that experience taught him something important: getting real value from AI isn't just about the technology. It requires human judgment—knowing what to ask, questioning what comes back, recognizing what may be wrong or missing, and applying the results to an actual situation.

AIWhatTheHell.com combines what AI can do with the kind of practical experience and judgment that comes from decades of real work.

The mascot represents the customer: 'AI...what the hell? How can this actually help me?'

Need help but can't afford it right now?

A limited number of free or reduced-cost SHOW ME and HELP ME sessions will be available for people and very small businesses who could genuinely benefit from practical AI assistance but cannot presently afford the standard price.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. That's the whole point. You don't need to understand AI, know the terminology, or have any prior experience. Just bring something real you're trying to figure out.

Do I need a paid AI subscription?

Not necessarily. We can begin with tools you already have access to and recommend options only when they're genuinely useful.

Do I have to use Zoom?

Not at all. We can work by regular telephone, Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams—whichever is most comfortable for you.

What should I bring?

A real question, problem, task or goal. If you have relevant material—a document, a draft, a job description, a business question—you can share it beforehand.

Is this an AI class?

No. There's no curriculum, no homework and no test. The focus is entirely on something you actually need or want to accomplish.

Can you guarantee AI will solve my problem?

No. Sometimes the most useful answer is that AI isn't the right tool for a particular situation. The goal is practical help, not selling AI for its own sake.

Are you an AI software company?

No. AIWhatTheHell.com provides human, practical assistance using available AI tools where they're genuinely useful. We're not selling software, subscriptions or platforms.

What if I've already tried AI and wasn't impressed?

That's actually a great place to start. A lot of people's first experiences with AI are underwhelming because they weren't sure what to ask or how to use it. That's exactly what we can help with.
